2012 APSCU CONVENTION- EXHIBIT INFORMATION

EXHIBIT PACKAGE

  • Your exhibit fee includes one fully-carpeted booth (10’x10’) with pipe and drape (black drape).
  • Each purchased booth will include 2 exhibit personnel full registrations (per 10’x10’ booth space), who are employees of the exhibiting company, to attend all educational sessions and exhibit hall functions. If additional exhibit booth personnel are needed, $500 per person will be charged to attend the events. However, no more than five (5) people per 10’x10’ booth space will be permitted to register as exhibitors. If your company goes over the limit, the additional staff should register as attendees.
  • Your company’s listing in the convention Final Program and on the convention website includes company name; address; telephone and fax numbers; website address; and product/service description.
  • Also, the Imagine America Foundation and APSCU are hosting an evening special concert event on Thursday, June 21st for all convention attendees and exhibitor staff who wish to attend. Attendance to this event is included in your exhibit booth registration fees. It should be a fun, casual atmosphere to continue networking with your colleagues and convention attendees. And the best part is attendance is free for all registered exhibitor personnel!

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH SPACE

Remember: booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here’s how to register, please read the following instructions carefully:

NOTE: The main (and only) entrance to the exhibit hall is located between 501 and 601.

2. If your selection is available please email luza.bohorquez@apscu.org (please include your top 5 selection preferences). Booth reservation will be only made by EMAIL first-come, first-served, basis (we won’t take reservations made over the phone). If available, a temporary hold on your behalf will be placed in the interactive floor plan.

3. After your booth space(s) is assigned by APSCU Exhibits Management, you must fax or email your completed Contract for Booth Space form to APSCU at 1-866-775-1613 or exhibits@apscu.org . Your booth space will then be held permanently (and your company will be listed on the website) ONLY if the completed contract is received before 5:00 p.m. EST (day of your reservation). 4. Credit card payment may be included in your Contract for Booth Space or you may submit a check within fifteen (15) business days. If paying by check, exhibits management will email you within 48 hours an invoice after the Contract is received.

5. Once the Contract is received, you will get an email confirmation with further instructions on how to access your exhibitor profile, how to register your staff, and more detailed information about the exhibition. Our system will also provide log in information, for you to manage your company’s information.

If payment is received by March 15, 2012:

Regular Space = $2,300

Premium Space = $2,600

If payment is received after March 15, 2012:

Regular Space = $2,500

Premium Space = $2,800

 

Non-Members
If payment is received by March 15, 2012:

Regular Space = $3,000

Premium Space = $3,300

If payment is received after March 15, 2012:

Regular Space = $3,200

Premium Space = $3,500

 

20’X20 BOOTH SPACES (ISLAND) = 4 premium Spaces
20’x30’ BOOTH SPACES (ISLAND) = 4 Premium+2 Regular - 10% Discount*

* a 10% discount will apply if purchasing 5 or more 10x10 spaces.
