Exhibitor Registration



Your Exhibit Booth Registration Fee includes (if requested):

  • one fully-carpeted booth (10’x10’) with pipe and drape;
  • one 6' skirted table;
  • two side chairs;
  • one trash can; and
  • 7" x 44" booth identification sign.

Each purchased booth also includes 2 exhibit full personnel registrations (per 10’x10’ booth space), who are employees of the exhibiting company, to attend all professional program meetings and exhibit hall functions*. If additional exhibit booth personnel registrations are needed, $500 per person will be charged to attend the events.

However, no more than five (5) people per 10’x10’ booth space will be permitted to register as exhibitors. If your company goes over this limit, the additional staff should register as attendees (at the Member/Non–Member attendee rate) at www.apscuconvention.org .

Your company will also be listed in the Convention final program and on the convention website including company name; address; telephone; website address; email address; and product/service description.

And finally, the Imagine America Foundation and APSCU are co-hosting an evening special evening entertainment event on Tuesday, June 17th for all convention attendees and exhibit staffers who wish to attend. Attendance to this event is included in your exhibit booth registration fees. It should be a fun, casual atmosphere to continue networking with your colleagues and convention attendees. And the best part is attendance is free for all registered exhibitor personnel!

* Full exhibitor registration includes access to Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, Exhibit Hall events, and Thursday evening’s APSCU/IAF special event.

Special Discount: For purchases of five or more booths, a 10% discount will apply. The complimentary regular booth space included in Allied plus membership won’t count towards the five.
